Qualifications
As Broker/Owner, Michael Dean brings 3 decades of experience in real estate and architectural services with 15 years of that experience in the Central Texas area. We know what it takes to get results for our clients. Our design and construction experience is an invaluable resource in dealing with residential and commercial real estate transactions and solving problems.
Michael Dean is a graduate of Texas A&M University, a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 15 years and a registered Architect for over 25 years with his own design practice, Dean Design Group PLLC in nearby San Antonio. Gruene Homes and Land Company is the residential real estate component operating under Dean Property and Development LLC which handles commercial properties.
